This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the XUELEXORIN official Shopify store, clarifying our order processing cycle, international delivery time and relevant shipping rules to ensure transparent and standardized order delivery services.
1 Order Processing Time
All valid orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends, UK statutory holidays or peak shopping seasons will be postponed to the next working day for processing. We will complete product quality inspection and formal delivery arrangement before shipment.
2 International Delivery Time
For all European and American countries and regions, the standard delivery time is15 to 30 working days after shipment. The actual arrival time may be slightly affected by international logistics transportation, customs clearance inspection, local postal distribution and other objective factors.
3 Shipping Notes
Customers shall bear the responsibility for providing accurate and complete receiving address, contact information and postal code. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect customer information. For remote areas, the delivery cycle may be appropriately extended without additional notice.
