Return & Refund Policy

XUELEXORIN supports standardized return and refund services to protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of global customers. All return and refund applications shall comply with the following unified rules.
1 Application Period
Customers can submit return or refund applications within 30 days after receiving the goods. Applications beyond the time limit will not be accepted due to the expiration of the after-sales guarantee period.
2 Eligibility for Returns
Returned products must be kept unused, undamaged, unwashed and complete in original packaging, with intact labels, accessories and manuals. Products damaged by personal use, man-made damage, improper storage or missing accessories do not support free return and refund.
3 Refund Rules
After we receive and verify the returned goods, we will process the full or partial refund within 3-7 working days. The refund will be returned through the original payment channel. Logistics freight caused by non-quality return shall be borne by the customer; if the return is caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors, we will bear the return freight and full refund.
4 Special Instructions
Individual special daily products (such as disposable goods, personal hygiene products) do not support return for hygiene safety reasons. We will clearly mark the non-returnable attribute on the corresponding product pages.
